When you purchase the Intend System, we collect basic information necessary to fulfill your order, such as your email address and name. Your payment details (credit card, billing address) are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, and never touch our servers.
The Intend System relies on tracking your biomechanical mouse movements and screen coordinates to calibrate the closed-loop feedback mechanism. This telemetry data is processed locally on your machine. We do not collect, store, or transmit your desktop screen recordings, keystrokes, or personal files to remote servers.
We use your provided email address solely to deliver your software license, provide necessary updates or patches to the software, and respond to customer support or refund requests.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We share necessary transactional data only with our Merchant of Record (Paddle) for the explicit purpose of processing payments, handling taxes, and managing software licenses.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, please contact our support team.
