The Intend System introduces a new biomechanical method for desktop navigation. As with learning any new physical skill or adjusting your workstation ergonomics, there is a natural adaptation period for your hand, wrist, and arm. By purchasing and using this software, you agree to listen to your body, take appropriate breaks, and use the system responsibly. The creator assumes no liability for any physical discomfort, strain, or general ergonomic issues that may arise during your adaptation to or use of the software.
All software code, UI designs, and tracking APIs contained within the Intend System are the exclusive intellectual property of the creator and are strictly protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution of the code is fully prohibited.
Furthermore, the underlying biomechanical onboarding methodologies, closed-loop visual feedback control mechanics, and telemetric calibration systems are patented and strictly proprietary methods of the creator. Any unapproved copying, reproduction, or implementation of these patented methods is an explicit infringement of proprietary rights and will immediately result in aggressive legal action.
We stand by our software. If the system does not work for you, you may request a full refund within 4 days (96 hours) of your purchase time. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for instructions.
This End User License Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of the Intend System shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
